Winter!

As hard as it is to believe winter is almost here! Which means snow, cold and the holidays!  This card is a very simple and basic card! It is not a Christmas card however, it is a holiday/winter card.  Something different!  I love the little quote on this sticker..."Snowflakes are just unassembled snowmen" how cute! and yes i said sticker! Ornament Decorations!

This is a different post today!  I think this  is something different than what i normally do so it will be fun to write and for you guys!   I have been so into decorating, and photography and all the little details! So I have been looking for ornament decorations because i think they make just about any place look so pretty! You can do this with any types of ornaments, from big to small, or glittery to plain or round or shaped.  Whatever you use it is going to look gorgeous! all you need are a few ornaments, either a vase or a jar or some type of large glass container and you just want to place the ornaments in them in whatever way you like and wah-la! There you have a great table center piece for your Christmas fest or just decorations for around your house! Also if you want them to be a little more decorative you can add ribbon, or strands of beads, or even tinsel to make your centerpiece look more festive! Hope you guys enjoyed this post!

Holiday Tags!

 So more tags! i feel like i have been so into making tags this holiday season. They are just so easy to make and you can do just about anything t them and they will still look adorable! out of the three here i love them all! i really love the blue one because it still has the holiday feel but its not red, green, or gold! I also very much like the red sparkly one as well! These are so simple to make and they will make any present (or bag of cookies) look so much better! hope you guys liked these!

Happy Holidays!

Today's blog psot is a tall card and it is a very different card from the ones i normally make. Becasue It is a tall card first off all which is what makes it the most different and also the colors and patterns of it are something that i norally do not use.  I actually like the finished produc becasue it turned out very nicely, i love the trees! However i am not sure if i am really into the whole tall card thing.  I hope you guys liked this one!

Holiday tags!

Eleven days till Christmas! Today’s itema are a few different types of tags,I made these tags to put on little bags of chocolate chip cookies as seen below.  I love how the tags turned out, they are like cards…in tag form! November Favorites!

So it is December 4th and I am now doing my first favorite which happens to be my number favorites! So as stated in my last post each favorites post will feature a variety of things.  So I am just going to get started!

So recently I have been obsessed with Bakerella.com! Absolutely love their website, the recipes are amazing and every piece of food is absolutely adorable.  I especially love the cake pops!  Here are some of my favorites from Bakerella.

My next favorite of the month is a wedding cake! Funny because i am no where near getting married but i saw this cake and i think it is one of the most simple but bedazzled cakes ever! i love the diamonds, absolute love how they give the cake that extra pop! Another Wedding item, these are by Mel on her blog.  These were done almost a year and a half ago but i just came across them and i love them! It is such a clever idea and they look amazing..and delicious!

My favorite card of the month of November would be this one made by Kristina Werner! I love it so much, it is so pretty (like all her cards are) but this one really caught my eye.  Definitely check out her website/blog! It is filled with gorgeous cards and video tutorials, absolutely love her and all her creations!

My next favorite happens to be another food item...i guess the holidays really do make you want to bake, bake, and then bake some for.  I have yet to try these out but i saw these and i fell in love! Being a complete Starbucks lover these honestly basically made my week! They are are the most amazing creations ever! Here is the recipe by: Kim from KimzKitchen  (originally taken from Pixie Crust) Honestly look at them!

Yayy for Favorites!

I have been trying to think of something else to blog about along with my cards and stuff so what i came up with is to blog about some of my artsy, creative, fun, unique,and exciting favorites of the month. Each month will feature things from my favorite cards to my favorite card maker to my favorite cupcakes or recipes along with a favorite song or two.  Basically anything that i am just loving that month!  This way not only will be viewers get to know me better i will also be able to connect with them as well. BOO!

I have been crazy busy and just so behind on blog posting so now i am finally back on track and will be posting a lot more!  I finally had some free time on hand and i decided to make a halloween card since Halloween is in 24 days! yes 24 days! where is October going by!? Organize.Decorate #3

This is the third video in the organize. decorate series! this one is a "storage" type thing. I actually hand made this with just card-stock and it basically looks like a big french fry container.  I wasn't so sure at first if i would like it or not but after i decorated it, I actually really liked how it turned out. It sits on top of my desk and i feel as  though it just pops from everything else up there.  I use this to put a lot of my made cards in there, like cards that I've made and am going to be giving to someone or just don't want them laying around i will out them in there because its so handy.  Right now this little container holds exactly 7 cards so i'd say there is quite a lot of room in there to be able to fit that many and I'm sure a couple more would fit just fine.  I thought this was a super good and inexpensive storage container that you can do anything with and put anywhere and it will look very nice! So i hope you guys enjoyed this!

This is my second post in the organize.decorate series! the first one can be seen right here (click)! This is one i created because i needed a little container to keep all my silk flowers in and since i don't have tons and tons and just a few i wanted something small that would also look cute just sitting on my desk! I was actually cleaning out one of our kitchen cabinets when i found a gerber baby food jar and i thought hm...this might just be the perfect thing so i washed it out, took the sticker off, and then thought about what i wanted to do with it. what i came up with was just to stamp flowers which is exactly what i did and for the "o" i put a flower brad...since it was for a flower container. cheesy. For the lid which was just as simple i glittered the outside rim and them took a rick rack ribbon and wrapped it around on top of the glitter and them for the top i stamped a flower and used a purple flower brad for the middle and then stickle dotted the scallops! I absolutely love how small and cute it and how it looks on my desk! Hope this was helpful for you guys & hope you liked it!

Butterfly Card!

This is a card I have created before but it has never been posted but I really wanted to change it up and I feel as though I have! You guys can't see the original but I promise you this one is much better! (:  I've changed up many aspects of it! I absolutely love the purple and the glitter and the liquid glass, honestly i don't think there is anything that I don't like about this card! "So happy for you" (Boy)

I loved the "so happy for you" baby girl card...So I decided to make a "so happy for you" baby boy card! It is the same card as yesterdays but different colors and obviously for a boy rather than a girl. Also the "boy" is different how "girl" is on the other card! Well i just wanted to share this card with you guys! so i hope you guys liked this one!

So happy For You! (Girl)

Once again, bringing out the old cards & revamping them up. The original card i created is this one (click) which is a congrats baby boy card, the card that i created from that is a "so happy for you" baby girl card! I personally like the newer card just a tad bit more because i like the way it says "it's a Girl"! It is a very simple yet cute card that I'm sure any new mother would love to receive! hope you guys enjoyed this card!

Organize.Decorate #1

This is not a typical post, yes i know; it is not a card or a tag or a basket or something of that sort. Well it is kind of a tag... I'm just sharing this with you guys because i just wanted to show you guys that you can make ANYTHING look good with a little bit of this and a little bit of that. So what i have here today is actually a empty Ferraro Rocher (chocolate) container and it was a cute container but the only problem was there was a huge sign in the middle of it that said Ferraro Rocher in huge letters (it wasn't a sticker). So i thought of some way to cover that up and what i came up was so simple i was like did i really JUST think of this?! All i did was just get a basic paper stamped an image, stamped my word (markers- that's whats in the box) and adhered it one and done! i was actually quite pleases with how much prettier it makes that simple container look! I hope you guys enjoyed this post! I will have a lot more of these simple organize/decorate posts that will be going up here and there!

Indian Engagment Card!

As i posted earlier i have been bringing alot of my old cards back and this just happens to be one! Yes, this is not a typical colored card, this card was actually for an Indian engagement party and if you didn't already know Indian (wedding) events normally consists of many golds and reds and greens and especially maroon and so i wanted to portray all those in this card. It is a congratulations (best wishes) on getting engaged for the bride & groom and i really liked how it turned out. Its simple yet very elegant in the Indian sense! so hope you guys enjoyed this card!

Fathers day card!

I hope you guys had a great fathers day weekend! I just wanted to quickly share my fathers day card for my dad that i created. I was completely lost at what type of card to make and finally (after a very long time) i came up with this idea.  I normally don't like when there is so much going on in a card but in this card i feel as though it all works, there are so many different aspects of this card but they are all so spread out.  The first D & A are from the same letter collection but the A is glittered which is why you can see all the color glimmering in the lights & the last D is from a different collection. Overall i ended up really liking this card and my dad also loved it! Just wanted to share this with you! hope you guys enjoyed this card & had a lovely fathers day!

Congrats Baby Boy Card!

About a week ago I had an order to make a congratulations baby boy card and I thought I would share it with you guys. The original Design is by Kristina Werner, as much i loved her card i decided to change up most of the card such as the style and the stamps (only one stamp used on the card; congrats), so here is the card! Gift card holder. Take 2

I posted the three gift card holders yesterday which were all the same design so I thought I'd switch it up a bit! I used butterflies & a contrast color on this one (pink & purple)! It's very girly and simple!  My favorite part of this ones are the 4 mini diamond studs on the butterfly wings, i just thing those are so cute!
